Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, The Kohler Avenue Apartments seamlessly blends urban living with a neighborhood atmosphere in an area that is bordering on a renaissance.
The project consists of 50 apartments featuring balconies, lush carpet, and ceramic tile bathrooms. The project also features a unique state of the art playground facility.
Carocon employed Davis Bacon and MWBE wage and hiring practices throughout the project. Additionally, Carocon worked with the local community to provide employment opportunities for the willing and qualified individuals during the course of the project.
