The Charlotte Woods Apartments project is a renovation of a portion of the existing Charlotte Woods Apartment community that was damaged during a fire. The project is located off of Selwyn rd in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The project consists of the structural and internal rebuilding of 21 residential units and the internal rebuilding of 49 residential units.
