The Quarterside project consists of three components: The Quad, The Ledge and The Row. The project has a total of 186 residential units and features retail space on the entry level of each building. The project is located in Uptown Charlotte, in the First Ward District on 7th street. The Quarterside project features an enclosed parking deck,  balconies, courtyard areas and a pool terrace. Additional features include granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances.
