QUALITY CONTROL - There are several prerequisites necessary to achieve a high degree of quality control in construction. Primarily, there is the need to understand where attention needs to be focused in order to obtain quality and long-term serviceability of a building. Carocon's continuing relationships with its clients and their designers has provided the Company with unique feedback on these critical areas. The Company has incorporated this feedback into its planning, specifications and job management. It is significant that the Company works for a diversity of quality conscious clients including developers of luxury condominiums where particularly high standards are required.
A major portion of the Company's work comes from repeat business and referrals from clients and architects, making a reputation for quality critical to the Company’s future.
Another requirement for meeting high quality standards is having trained personnel who understand the Company's quality goals. Almost without exception, Carocon's management has years of experience with the Company, with project managers averaging 15 years experience and superintendents ten or more. Also, the Company's small size tends to insure hands on supervision from the very top.
