PROJECT ESTIMATING – The company has developed in house a Project Estimating Program which with the limited information which is generally available from preliminary plans and additional pricing and standard information from the Company’s data base can produce detailed information and cost projection, by trade area. This information provides the basis for preliminary estimates and negotiations with subcontractors.
