Vice President and Project Manager

 

Wes Martin has over twenty-nine years experience in residential construction supervision.  As Vice President, he is responsible for managing construction projects from concept to completion.  Prior to joining Carocon, he was the Construction Manager for Associates Construction Company, a builder of single-family homes in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

 

He is a member of the Management Committee with responsibility for company marketing.

 

Since joining Carocon in 1981, he has been responsible for building an abundance of projects located throughout the Southeast.  Currently under construction is the Kohler Avenue project located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

Mr. Martin graduated from Winthrop University with a Business degree and also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Mr. Martin is a Licensed General Contractor in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mr. Martin is a Board Member for the York County Habitat for Humanity and also serves as the Construction Coordinator.
