Project Administrator

Sheila Neal has been serving as a Project Administrator for fourteen years after starting at Carocon as a Receptionist in 1986. During her tenure with the Company, she has completed an abundance of projects. Notable projects include The Charlotte Montesori School, Davidson Gateway Apartments, and South Oak Crossing Apartments.

Her most recent assignments have been exclusively for Charter Properties projects, and she is currently working on The Cloisters Apartments, located in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as The Paddock at Springfiled Apartments in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Sheila graduated from Gaston College in 1995 with an Associates Degree in Administrative Office Technology and has been a Notary Public for 15 years. Mrs. Neal is currently enrolled in the Broyhill School of Management at Gardner-Webb University pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
