Project Administrator

Kim Schearer has thirteen years of experience in construction administration. Since joining Carocon in 1996, she has acted as the Project Administrator for various projects including apartments, condominiums, public housing and office buildings. She is currently working on the  Seigle Point Townhomes in Charlotte, North Carolina and Ashley Park  in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

She is responsible for the company’s Information Technology.

 

Mrs. Schearer has Associates Degrees in Business Administration and Business Education. She also graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in Marketing.  She is a Notary Public.
