Senior Vice President and Project Manager

 

Joe Caldwell has over thirty years experience in residential construction.  As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for managing construction projects from concept to completion.  He is a member of the Management Committee with responsibility for overall construction operations. 
 

Since joining Carocon in 1978, he has been responsible for building numerous projects involving a wide variety of cutting-edge features.  Prior to being promoted to Project Manager, he gained field experience in apartment construction serving as the Construction Superintendent on numerous projects.  He has acted as the Project Manager on a variety of projects ranging from apartments to condos and townhomes.

Currently under construction are The Cloisters Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina and Long Creek Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mr. Caldwell is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is a Licensed General Contractor in North Carolina and South Carolina.
