Dawn Alligood

Project Administrator

Mrs. Alligood has over thirteen years experience as a Project Administrator and over 8 years experience in Property management since beginning at Carocon in 1986. Dawn has completed a wide veriety of projects, including the 10^th Street Townes, Alexander Place, Villages at Southend projects, Court 6 Condominiums, all located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dawn has experience in all types of construction, including towwnhomes, condominiums and mixed use projects.

Dawn is currently working on the Kohler Avenue project in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dawn also serves on the Board of Directors of the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation - Charlotte Affiliate
