Controller

 

Amy McKelvey has had over 23 years of experience in construction administration.  Upon joining Carocon in 1985, she acted as the Project Administrator for the Village Townhouses in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Lovett Square Apartments in Durham, North Carolina and the Audubon Parc Apartments in Cary, North Carolina.  Currently as Controller of the Company, she is responsible for the financial management of the Company.

 

She is a member of the Management Committee with responsibility for corporate accounting and administration.

Ms. McKelvey holds an Associates Degree in Business from Montreat College. She was President of the Charlotte Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association for 2001 and at present serves on the National Board.
