Ambrose has since 1974, worked in construction and design of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Prior to joining Carocon, he held executive, senior management and project management level positions with two International EPC Firms. 

He is a Civil Engineering graduate of N.C. State University and a registered engineer in Puerto Rico.

Ambrose is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Charlotte Apartment Association.
Mr. Dittloff also served as the President on the Board of Directors of Charlotte Trolley, Inc..
