 SCHEDULING & PROJECT CONTROL 

 Almost all of Carocon’s projects involve multiple buildings. The scheduling and control of a multi-building project is different and more complex than a typical single building project. Carocon always schedules with the owners’ interests as the primary consideration. Marketing areas, such as clubs, pools and tennis courts are completed first and emphasis is given to delivering marketable units at the earliest possible date. To assist in this endeavor, the Company has developed a computerized scheduling program particularly oriented to multi-building projects. This program generates weekly schedule updates and forecasts future critical tasks for subcontractors, suppliers and Carocon personnel. For other special scheduling tasks the Company uses Microsoft Project and SureTrac.
