 Carocon has a computerized construction disbursement system which is recognized by lenders as one of the simplest and most easily verifiable in the industry. This system speeds up disbursements to both Owners and Carocon.

Company policy is to only request payment for completed increments of work and not for material stored on site. This, plus the Company’s emphasis on early building delivery can create substantial savings in construction interest.

 

PERSONNEL

Carocon is unique in the tenure and experience of its personnel. Fifteen years experience with Carocon is not unusual for project managers and administrators. All such personnel have a minimum of five years employment with Carocon. Most of the field supervisors have worked on multiple projects for the Company. This experience is critical in providing a consistency of performance for Carocon’s clients.
