ADMINISTRATIVE CHECK-OFF LIST

The Administrative Check off List is a tool developed by Carocon over many years of working in the Carolina markets. It covers the sequence of developing a project through the zoning, permitting, and the approval process to construction. It is laid out in a logical sequence starting with the preliminary site plan approval and lists the individuals and the responsible agencies for required approvals. By tracking the submission date and approval date, it serves as a guide through the entire pre-construction process.

This is a tool that the Carocon project manager has available to assist with the coordination with the owner and designers the various governmental approvals to assure that the project flows in an orderly fashion. It has been Carocon’s policy over the years to act as an extension of the owner in coordinating the various design professionals such that their work can be more effectively applied in the pre-construction process.
