The Pinnacle at Northcross is located in Cornelius, North Carolina. The project consists of 312 residential units housed in 13 buildings with a separate Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse features office area, laundry facilities, a fireplace, full kitchen and exercise room. The project also boasts a swimming pool with outdoor gas grills, gazebo and tennis courts. The unts feature balconies, crown molding, ceramic tile and fireplaces.
