The South Terrace at Auburn is located in Durham, North Carolina. The project consists of 72 One-Bedroom One-Bath units, 160 Two-Bedroom Two-Bath units, 96 Three-Bedroom Two and a half-Bath units, and a seperate Clubhouse with swimming pool.
The Clubhouse features a fireplace, laundry facilities, office area, and exercise room. The units feature ceramic tile, lush carpet and balconies.
