Construction Dates: 2004 to 2007 (for 5 seperate condominium buildings)
The Edinburgh Square Condominium project consisted of 12 individual units in a Two-story European-style building with attached garages and seperate mail kiosk. Construction begain in 2004 for the first condominium building and ended in 2007 on the fifth and final building. Each building was treated as a seperate construction project.
The units feature upgrades such as granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms as well as berber carpet, hardwood flooring and fireplaces. The units also boast comfortable balconies with the option to screen-in, crown molding and designer light fixtures.
