Tenth Street Townhomes consists of 15 residential units in one building with a courtyard and a separate mail kiosk. The units have open, flowing floorplans with rooftop terrace on every condo. Ceramic tile bathroom floor and shower and wood floors on the living levels. There are contemporary cabinets with granite in the kitchens and bathrooms. The units also feature 10 foot ceilings on the living levels and in master bedroom. The units also feature balconies opening to outside form the living area. And in consideration of Mother Earth, Energy efficient heat pumps.
