The Quarterside project consists of three separate buildings - the Quad, the Ledge and the Row. The project is located at the corner of North Meyers and 7th street in the heart of Uptown Charlotte's First Ward District. The project houses 186 residential units and features retail space on the entry level of each building.
Quarterside consists of 4-story wood framing atop two subterranean parking decks. Quarterside features an elevated swimming pool, pool terrace and courtyard parks throughout the project.
