Alexander Place consists of 18 residential units housed in two buildings with a beautiful courtyard. The units have open, flowing floorplans with rooftop terrace on every condo. Ceramic tile bathroom floor and shower and wood floors on the living levels. There are contemporary cabinets with granite in the kitchens and bathrooms. The units also feature 10 foot ceilings on the living levels and in master bedroom. Each unit boasts a balcony opening up from the living area. And in consideration of Mother Earth, Energy efficient heat pumps.
