Live Oak Senior Apartments are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project consists of 50 residentail units in one 4-story building. The project has a unique construction - it is a 4-story wood frame construction atop a podium slab parking structure. The project features a back patio with relaxing rocking chairs, Commuity room with full kitchen, a laundry facility, and a computer room.
