The Ashley Park project is located in Charlotte, North Carolina right by South Park Mall. The Project houses 176 residential units within a four-story wood construction building sitting atop a two-story multi-level parking structure.
Ashley Park will feature a beautiful courtyard with fountain, pool with deck, leasing center with exercise facility, laundry facility and retail spaces. The units will feature balconies, ceramic tile and ceiling fans.
