The project consists of  124 One-Bedroom, One-Bath units; 116 Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath units and 24 Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath units. Harborside Commons also features a separate clubhouse with pool and fitness center as well as 9 garage structures with 5 garage bays and 6 storage units each, for a project total of 13 buildings.
