Warrantor will not be responsible for restoring wallpaper, custom paint, or finishes done after occupancy.

Warrantor does not accept responsibility for exact matching of field finished clear finished surfaces to factory finished surfaces including pre-finished flooring, cabinetry, stair parts, etc.
